<em>Law360 </em>Names Record Number of Kilpatrick Attorneys to 2025 Editorial Advisory Boards

ATLANTA (March 20) Kilpatrick announced today that a record number of the firm’s attorneys were named to Law360's 2025 Editorial Advisory Boards. With 15 attorneys selected, Kilpatrick ranks among the top firms with the most editorial board members. Members of the editorial advisory board provide feedback on Law360's coverage and expert insight on how best to shape future coverage.

The following attorneys were named editorial advisory board members:

  • Jennifer Arkowitz joins Law360’s 2025 Intellectual Property Editorial Advisory Board. Ms. Arkowitz is Chair of the firm's Intellectual Property Department. Jennifer focuses her practice on global trademark portfolio management and she represents some of the world’s most popular brands. She handles the full range of domestic and foreign clearance, prosecution, enforcement, and acquisition matters. 
  • Sean Auton joins Law360’s 2025 Illinois Editorial Advisory Board. Mr. Auton is Co-Managing Partner of the firm's Chicago office. Sean focuses his practice on general counsel, commercial leasing, and transaction matters, predominately serving high-growth companies, ranging from start-ups to more established entities. He is known for his counselor-style approach to delivering legal services, from representing transactional needs, such as contracts and agreements, to offering the big picture advice that helps clients accomplish their goals.
  • Steve Berlin joins Law360’s 2025 North Carolina Editorial Advisory Board for the second consecutive year. Partner in the Firm’s Winston-Salem office, Mr. Berlin has significant experience in several areas of environmental law, including environmental litigation, business transactions involving environmental issues and environmental compliance matters. Since joining the firm, he has worked in most areas of environmental litigation, both in federal and state courts with an emphasis on private environmental costs recovery actions and representations of potentially responsible parties at Superfund sites and RCRA issues.
  • Tamara Caldas joins Law360’s 2025 Access to Justice Editorial Advisory Board for the second consecutive year. Ms. Caldas heads the firm's Pro Bono Program and leads the firm’s attorneys in providing pro bono legal services to low-income clients, community groups and nonprofit organizations. 
  • David Hughes joins Law360’s 2025 State and Local Tax Editorial Advisory Board. Mr. Hughes is Partner in the firm’s Chicago office. He focuses his practice on state and local tax controversies and state tax planning. He helps clients limit their state and local tax exposure through sensible planning and, when necessary, vigorous litigation strategies. David advises Fortune 500 companies, privately-held companies, middle-market businesses, and individuals on strategies to minimize their state and local tax exposure, maintain compliance, and reduce the risk of audit problems. 

  • John Jett joins Law360’s 2025 Telecommunications Editorial Advisory Board. Mr. Jett, Partner in the firm’s Atlanta office, represents plaintiffs and defendants in commercial and intellectual property litigation before state and federal courts as well as in arbitration. John primarily works with clients operating at the intersection of two or more of the technology, financial, telecommunications, franchising, and entertainment industries. 

  • Christin J. Jones joins Law360’s 2025 Texas Editorial Advisory Board for the second consecutive year. Ms. Jones is a partner in the Dallas office. She is a corporate litigator with a practice spanning a wide range of areas and industries. She has broad experience handling complex commercial, class action, banking, insurance, labor and employment, and securities disputes. She also has significant experience representing financial institutions in financial products litigation, lender liability claims, work-outs, distressed assets and enforcement, as well as defending against breach of fiduciary duty claims.

  • Justin Krieger joins Law360’s 2025 Colorado Editorial Advisory Board for the second consecutive year. Mr. Krieger serves as the Managing Partner of the firm's Denver office. He is a first chair inter partes review (IPR) and post-grant review (PGR) litigator with an over 90% win rate in both challenging third party patents and defending against patent challenges brought before the Patent Trial & Appeal Board (PTAB). He also serves as an adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law where he teaches a course on PTAB studies. 

  • John Livingston joins Law360’s 2025 Real Estate Editorial Advisory Board. As Partner in the firm’s Raleigh office, he is leader of the firm’s Real Estate Investment and Development Team and a member of the firm’s Energy Team. He devotes his practice to sustainable development, including mixed-use projects, LEED certified projects, and renewable energy transactions.

  • Susan Richardson joins Law360’s 2025 Environmental Editorial Advisory Board. As Counsel in the firm’s Atlanta office, Ms. Richardson concentrates her practice in the area of environmental law, including regulatory and compliance counseling, due diligence for real estate and corporate transactions, permitting, enforcement and hazardous site remediation. 

  • Rachel Saimons joins Law360’s 2025 Native American Editorial Advisory Board for the second consecutive year. Based in the Seattle office, she focuses her practice on litigation, including Native American Affairs and Labor & Employment-related matters. Ms. Saimons has represented tribes and tribal entities in all stages of litigation before state, federal, and tribal courts in a variety of matters.

  • Burleigh Singleton joins Law360’s 2025 Georgia Editorial Advisory Board for the second consecutive year. Mr. Singleton serves as the Managing Partner of the firm's Atlanta office. He represents clients in a variety of commercial disputes, including commercial real estate matters, transactional/cross-border litigation, partnership disputes, business torts, and contract claims.

  • Gunjan Talati joins Law360’s 2025 Government Contracts Editorial Advisory Board. Mr. Talati is a Partner in the firm’s Atlanta office. He is an experienced government contracts practitioner who regularly represents contractors in a variety of sectors, including aerospace and defense, technology, energy, infrastructure, transportation, logistics, and health care. 

  • Dennis Wilson joins Law360’s 2025 Media & Entertainment Editorial Advisory Board. Mr. Wilson is a member of the firm's Executive Committee and he focuses his practice on complex litigation involving trademark, copyright, entertainment and Internet law issues. He represents many of the world's largest media and technology companies creating and directing their international rights enforcement programs.

  • Roger Wylie joins Law360’s 2025 Washington Editorial Advisory Board. Mr. Wylie is the Managing Partner of the firm.
